My Lil Pwny has grown from the early days of an alt guild with a few lowbie mains of RL friends to a successful "casual" non-DKP raiding guild.  We focus on organized raid leadership and friendly raids.  Our guild leaders promote a relaxed atmosphere and we have a great group of members.  In the past months our ranks have grown and we've added more pwnies to the fold as we've experienced growing success and popularity.  In this growth, we've recognized the need to refine our recruiting process slightly.  The recruitment process is as follows:
